HR Executive (Generalist)

HR Executive – HR Operations (2\+ Years Experience) \- Females only

• *Location:** Thrissur, Kerala
• *Experience:** Minimum 2 years in HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Create and manage job postings on major recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle leave and attendance management.
• Assist with payroll and salary processing.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and day\-to\-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in HR Operations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance management, and payroll processing.
• Experience using recruitment/job posting platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and similar portals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in

• Malayalam
• English
• Tamil
• Hindi

Location Preference

• Candidates currently residing in Thrissur or nearby locations will be preferred.
