HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities1\. Career Counselling \& Student Support (50%)

• Conduct career counselling sessions for students and job seekers.
• Guide candidates on career paths, certifications, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Assess candidate profiles and recommend suitable career options.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and referral channels.
• Maintain counselling records and candidate databases.
• Support students throughout the placement process.

2\. Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment (30%)

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment reports.
• Support campus hiring and internship programs.

3\. Social Media \& Employer Branding (20%)

• Create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Promote job openings, internships, training programs, and company initiatives.
• Respond to candidate inquiries received through social media.
• Assist in organizing webinars, career guidance sessions, and recruitment drives.
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Basic social media content creation skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, counselling, or related roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
