Job Description

  • *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day\-to\-day HR activities and support the organization's people operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
  • Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Coordinate training and development programs when required.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • *Qualification:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PG in HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
