Job Description
- *Job Title:** HR Generalist
- *Experience Required:** Minimum 2 Years
- *Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day\-to\-day HR activities and support the organization's people operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate training and development programs when required.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
- *Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- *Qualification:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PG in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
