We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (3–8 years) to manage payroll, labour law compliance, recruitment, employee performance management, training programs, internship hiring, and workforce productivity initiatives.
Strong payroll and compliance knowledge (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws)
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Performance tracking and employee engagement experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems
Manufacturing/Industrial sector experience preferred
Location: Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh
