HR Executive

Senior HR Executive (5\+ Years Experience)

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to manage core HR operations end to end, advise managers and employees, and support policy and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full\-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and validate monthly payroll inputs
• Run performance appraisal and rewards programs
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, etc.)
• Plan engagement initiatives and training programs
• Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, and hiring
• Mentor junior HR team members

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• 5\+ years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and payroll processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/ATS tools
• High integrity and discretion with confidential matters

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
