Job Summary
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. The role focuses on building a positive work culture while ensuring smooth day to day HR operations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment for all positions.
- Draft and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Perform reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboarding \& Employee Experience
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation.
- Coordinate IT, workstation, and access requirements.
- Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- Monitor probation periods and collect performance feedback.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Update HR databases and employee information.
- Draft HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
Performance Management
- Track probation reviews and annual appraisals.
- Coordinate performance review meetings.
- Assist managers in setting KRAs and KPIs.
- Maintain performance documentation.
- Identify training and development needs.
Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities.
- Celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and company events.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally.
- Promote a healthy and positive workplace culture.
HR Policies \& Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Keep employee handbook updated.
- Maintain statutory compliance and required HR documentation.
- Support disciplinary procedures when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Learning \& Development
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records.
- Track employee skill development.
- Support career progression initiatives.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process employee resignations.
- Coordinate full and final settlements.
- Collect company assets.
- Identify trends from employee feedback to improve retention.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Prepare monthly recruitment and HR reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when required.
- Support leadership with HR planning and workforce management.

- Coordinating campus recruitment and internship programs.
- Managing therapist credentialing and documentation.
- Assisting with manpower planning as new branches or services are added.
- Coordinating performance incentives and recognition programs.
- Supporting corporate hiring for psychologists, administrative staff, marketing, business development, and operations teams.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
