Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **HR Recruiter** to join our team in the **banking industry**. The role involves a balanced mix of **Talent Acquisition** and **HR Operations**, ensuring smooth end\-to\-end recruitment along with effective employee life cycle management.

  • *Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%)**
  • Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various banking roles (Sales, Operations, Back Office, and Customer Service).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, track joining status, and assist in onboarding.
  • *HR Operations (40%)**
  • Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and background verification.
  • Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support payroll data preparation and coordinate with the finance team.
  • Handle exit formalities, feedback collection, and full \& final settlements.
  • Assist in employee engagement and training coordination.
  • *Required Skills:**
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with banking roles and compliance norms (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
