1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding: \- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. \- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
2\. Employee Engagement \& Relations: \- Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment. \- Address employee concerns and provide HR\-related guidance in alignment with company policies.
3\. HR Operations \& Documentation: \- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. \- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as required.
4\. Training \& Development Support: \- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs. \- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
5\. Performance Management: \- Support the appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees. \- Maintain performance review records and follow\-up on improvement plans.
6\. Compliance \& Policy Implementation: \- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. \- Assist in updating and communicating HR policies across the organization.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
