• *Fresher or 1yr Experience in HR (recruitment)**

Key Responsibilities

• *Sourcing \& Screening:* Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• *Employee Engagement:* Execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
• *Onboarding Support:* Give our new joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, and uniform allocations.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• ***Native\-level fluency in Marathi is plus for daily employee communication.***
• ***Preferable hotel experience***
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
