The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws.
Source, screen, interview and hire candidates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs, including ESIC, leave policies and other perks.
Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
Keep a CRM of all employee details and document it accordingly.
Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefit\-related inquiries.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Onboard candidates \& coordinate training
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
Team\-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem\-solving.
