About the Role

We are looking for an **HR Executive – Recruitment** to handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities for our company. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle **end\-to\-end recruitment** for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with management and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and share job descriptions and job postings.
• Coordinate joining formalities and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Support HR in other day\-to\-day HR activities when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in **Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR**.
• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in **hospitality, manufacturing, FMCG, or alcohol/alcobev industry** will be an advantage.
