- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS activities.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee\-related documentation.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance\-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
