• *IMC Certifications is looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Noida!**
• *Key Responsibilities:**

Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process for multiple roles.

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow\-ups.

Manage offer rollouts, candidate negotiations, and joining formalities.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• *Requirements:**

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

A proactive approach with strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
