HR Executive – Recruitment

*Jeronone Technologies Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for an experienced and motivated **HR Executive – Recruitment** to join our team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **end\-to\-end recruitment**, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing positions—preferably within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
Source candidates through **Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels**.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong database and pipeline of potential candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

**Experience:** 3–4 years in HR and Recruitment.
Strong experience in **end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition**.
Experience in **IT recruitment will be preferred**.
Good understanding of sourcing platforms such as **Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals**.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good follow\-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
