Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases .
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates .
Conduct HR screening and preliminary interviews .
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients .
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback .
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports .
Handle job postings across multiple platforms .
Assist in onboarding and documentation process .
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline .
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field .
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR (Freshers can apply) .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle , Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and LinkedIn , Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
