• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, employee engagement, Recruitment ,HR policies, and employee relations .

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Handle employee grievances, performance concerns, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with management on HR initiatives and workforce requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation.

• *Requirements**

• 1\+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR activities for the Pune DC.
• Experience in an IT services or technology company preferred.
