- Manage daily attendance, leave records, late coming, overtime, and employee movement tracking.
- Maintain employee files, appointment letters, ID proofs, certificates, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with site staff, office staff, labour teams, supervisors, and management.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, rules, and reporting systems.
- *Recruitment \& Onboarding**
- Handle recruitment for office, site, technical, and support staff positions.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection procedures.
- Complete joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding documentation.
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
- Handle employee queries, complaints, discipline issues, and performance\-related follow\-ups.
- Monitor staff punctuality, reporting discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Support management in issuing memos, warning letters, notices, and HR circulars when required.
- *Reporting \& Administration**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track employee performance, attendance trends, resignations, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain HR registers, digital records, and staff databases.
- Assist in office administration and coordination wherever required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle employees professionally and firmly.
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email.
- Basic understanding of PF, ESI, labour laws, and HR compliance will be an advantage.
- Must be organized, disciplined, confidential, and result\-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple teams.
- *Qualification \& Experience**
MBA HR / BBA / M.Com / B.Com / Any degree with HR experience
Minimum **1–3 years** experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or payroll coordination.
Experience in the **construction industry** will be preferred.

- Female or male candidates with a professional attitude.
- Candidates from Thrissur / Kunnamkulam / nearby areas preferred.
- Should be capable of handling both office staff and site\-level manpower coordination.
- Must have strong follow\-up skills and reporting discipline.
Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
