- *Job Summary**
We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Generalist who can independently manage core HR functions while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people, can solve problems proactively, and is capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- *HR Operations**
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with the finance team.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- *Employee Engagement**
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution professionally.
- *HR Policies \& Compliance**
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining employee handbooks, HR policies, and compliance documentation.
- *Performance \& Learning**
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Identify learning needs and help improve employee performance through structured programs.
- *Reporting \& Coordination**
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR dashboards.
- Coordinate with department managers on workforce planning and employee\-related matters.
- Support leadership with HR insights and recommendations.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
