Job Description

- *Recruitment \& Onboarding**
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates(Blue Collars).
- Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- *Employee Records \& HR Administration**
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure all HR files are accurate and up to date.
- *Attendance \& Leave Management**
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance\-related issues.
- Generate attendance and leave reports.
- *Payroll Support**
- Prepare payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Assist employees with payroll\-related queries.
- *Employee Engagement**
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support grievance handling and employee relations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- *Performance Management**
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance review schedules.
- *Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- *Training \& Development**
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Track employee learning and development initiatives.
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
