  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates(Blue Collars).
  • Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • *Employee Records \& HR Administration**
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure all HR files are accurate and up to date.
  • *Attendance \& Leave Management**
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance\-related issues.
  • Generate attendance and leave reports.
  • *Payroll Support**
  • Prepare payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Assist employees with payroll\-related queries.
  • *Employee Engagement**
  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support grievance handling and employee relations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • *Performance Management**
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance review schedules.
  • *Compliance**
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Support statutory compliance and HR audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • *Training \& Development**
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Track employee learning and development initiatives.
  • *Preferred candidate profile**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
