HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and people\-oriented HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

• *2\. Employee Onboarding \& Offboarding**

• Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
• Manage exit processes including documentation and exit interviews.

• *3\. Employee Engagement \& Relations**

• Build and maintain a positive work environment.
• Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
• Plan engagement activities and initiatives.

• *4\. HR Operations \& Administration**

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in payroll coordination and compliance processes.

• *5\. Performance Management**

• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
• Track employee performance and provide insights to management.

• *6\. Compliance \& Documentation**

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.

• *7\. Training \& Development**

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Support employee growth and skill development initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
