Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance and leave management, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's human resource functions and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
Onboarding \& Employee Lifecycle Management
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and employee data.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Compliance \& Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 0\-1years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
