Manage end\-to\-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Facilitate new employee orientations, onboard new hires, and ensure their smooth integration into the team.
Process and coordinate payroll while administering employee benefits and insurance packages.
Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and central labor laws and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and documentation.

Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to track HR metrics like turnover rates and employee performance.

Conduct exit interviews, offboard departing employees, and track retention data.

Responsible for Admin and 5S activities.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
