• MBA in HR preferred
• Decent understanding on basics of HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have Good knowledge in MS Office tools.

• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
• Attendance and Leaves management.
• Joining, Relieving Formalities.
• Maintaining good relationships with candidates and employees.
• Performance Management.
