HR Executive

• *Duties and Responsibilities**

• *HR Operations \& Generalist Functions:**

· Handle end\-to\-end HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes across offices.

· Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and employee database.

· Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

· Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.

· Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities across locations.

• *Recruitment \& Staffing:**

· Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

· Coordinate interviews, scheduling, documentation, and communication with candidates.

· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• *Attendance \& Leave Management:**

· Handle attendance management and leave records for employees across offices.

· Ensure timely attendance processing and regular coordination with departmental heads.

· Maintain accurate attendance and leave MIS reports.

• *Payroll \& Accounts Coordination:**

· Support payroll processing and salary inputs coordination.

· Coordinate with Finance/Accounts department for payroll\-related documentation.

· Candidate with basic accounting background and understanding of payroll calculations will be preferred.

• *ERP \& Software Operations:**

· Work extensively on ERP systems for HR operations, attendance, payroll, and employee records.

· Knowledge of Spine Software operations will be an added advantage.

· Generate reports and HR MIS from ERP systems as required.

• *MIS \& Reporting:**

· Prepare HR MIS reports related to attendance, payroll, recruitment, attrition, leave records, and employee data.

· Maintain monthly HR dashboards and reports for management review.

• *Statutory Compliance:**

· Support compliance\-related documentation and employee records.

· Coordinate for PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory processes wherever applicable.

• *Employee Support \& Coordination:**

· Be the first point of contact for routine employee HR queries.

· Support HR Head in organizational and administrative assignments as required.

· Should possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to support additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,850\.36 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
