Job Description

  • Posting of vacancies in Linkedin, Naukri, Apna Indeed etc. zone wise
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, and documentation.
  • Verify payroll inputs, leave, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Resolve employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
  • Organize induction and employee learning programs.
  • Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full \& final settlements.
  • Ensure smooth joining and orientation of new employees.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Preferred experince 1\-2 Years
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Payroll and attendance management.
  • HRMS proficiency (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, SAP, Darwinbox).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time\-management skills.
  • MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
