We are looking for a proactive HR Fresher to support our hiring activities, basic HR operations, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands\-on exposure to recruitment support and core HR functions in a professional work environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Hiring Support**

• Source and screen candidate profiles for open positions
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal teams
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment data
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

• *HR Operations**

• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Support attendance, leave, and basic HR reporting
• Assist in drafting HR letters and internal communications
• Support compliance\-related documentation as required

• *Vendor Management**

• Act as the primary point of contact with software firms and recruitment partners, building a strong and reliable vendor network.
• Translate business requirements into clear hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of quality candidate profiles.
• Track vendor performance, maintain records, and analyze ROI through structured reporting.
• Screen and validate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical and cultural standards.
• Support onboarding of new vendors and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.

• *Required Skills and Experience**

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
