To support this growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, effective policy implementation, and the ability to support business functions through efficient HR practices.
- *1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment including manpower requisition, job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
- *2\. Onboarding \& Employee Lifecycle Management**
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
- Manage employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure timely completion of full \& final settlements
- *3\. Employee Engagement, Rewards \& Recognition**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
- Coordinate Rewards \& Recognition programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Support initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
- Coordinate payroll inputs including deductions and statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and ensure data accuracy
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- *5\. HR Reporting \& Compliance**
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
Performance will be evaluated against, but not limited to, the following metrics:
- Time\-to\-hire and quality of hiring
- Employee onboarding experience
- Employee engagement and retention levels
- Accuracy in HR operations and payroll inputs
- Compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor compliance
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- *Qualifications \& Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Good knowledge of payroll and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Proactive approach with strong ownership mindset
- Good coordination skills with internal stakeholders
