We are now expanding our in\-office operations and are looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people processes and support our growing team.
As a HR Executive, you will lead **IT \& Non\-IT recruitment**, manage day\-to\-day **HR operations**, and contribute to building a strong, employee\-centric work culture. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised, and experienced in managing HR functions in a fast\-paced tech environment.
- *1\. Recruitment (IT \& Non\-IT)**
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles.
- Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines across multiple hiring channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and streamline processes.
- Manage job postings, referral programs, and recruitment dashboards.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Handle confirmation, performance review cycles, and exit formalities.
- Support implementation of HR policies and daily operational tasks.
- *3\. Employee Engagement \& Relations**
- Plan engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
- Conduct onboarding orientations and ensure a smooth new\-joiner experience.
- Address employee concerns with confidentiality and empathy.
- Assist in fostering a positive, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2\-3 years of experience in human resources with strong exposure to recruitment \& operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
