Position: HR Executive – Recruitment

• *Experience:** 1–4 Years
• *Qualification:** MBA / PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
• *Location:** Chennai
• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time \| Work from Office
• *Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Support other HR activities, including employee engagement and HR administration.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
