Nalam Hospital is looking for an experienced and motivated **HR Executive** to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations. We are especially looking for candidates with hands\-on experience in **PF, ESI, and statutory compliance**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Handle **Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), statutory filings, and related compliance activities**.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, duty rosters, and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance verification, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and hospital HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances, staff welfare, employee engagement, and retention activities.
• Coordinate manpower planning and staffing requirements with department heads.
• Organize employee orientation, training, and performance evaluation activities.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, attendance summaries, and MIS reports.
• Manage employee joining and exit formalities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate with hospital management, doctors, nurses, and other departments for HR\-related requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **1–3 years of HR experience**, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• **Practical experience in PF and ESI processing and compliance is highly preferred.**
• Knowledge of payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
