HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee database administration.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
• Generate HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Collaborate with department managers to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS or recruitment software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• HR certification is an added advantage.
