· **Key Skills:**
o End\-to\-end recruitment cycle management (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding).
o Attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
o Excellent communication and conflict\-resolution skills.
o Maintaining company policies and managing workforce coordination at site and office levels.
