Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for executing day\-to\-day HR operations, ensuring timely recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, payroll support, HRMS updates, and employee communication. The role focuses on accurate execution of HR processes while supporting the HR Manager in achieving organizational HR objectives.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *1\. Recruitment \& Hiring Support**
  • Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview feedback.
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
  • Coordinate offer letter documentation after approval.
  • *2\. Employee Onboarding**
  • Complete joining formalities.
  • Collect and verify employee documents.
  • Prepare appointment letters and onboarding kits.
  • Conduct employee induction.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee setup.
  • Update employee records in HRMS.
  • *3\. HR Documentation**
  • Maintain employee files (physical \& digital).
  • Prepare HR letters including:
  • Appointment Letter
  • Confirmation Letter
  • Promotion Letter
  • Experience Letter
  • Relieving Letter
  • Warning Letter
  • Maintain employee master database.
  • *4\. Attendance \& Leave Management**
  • Monitor daily attendance.
  • Maintain leave records.
  • Track late coming and absenteeism.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports.
  • Coordinate attendance corrections.
  • *5\. Payroll Support**
  • Prepare payroll inputs.
  • Verify attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing.
  • Handle routine payroll queries.
  • *6\. Employee Engagement**
  • Organize employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate birthdays and celebrations.
  • Support reward \& recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct employee feedback activities.
  • *7\. Performance Management Support**
  • Maintain probation tracker.
  • Coordinate appraisal schedules.
  • Update KPI/KRA records.
  • Maintain appraisal documentation.
  • *8\. HR Compliance**
  • Maintain statutory employee records.
  • Ensure documentation compliance.
  • Support HR audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • *9\. Exit Management**
  • Coordinate resignation formalities.
  • Collect company assets.
  • Conduct exit documentation.
  • Prepare Full \& Final documentation.
  • Process relieving documentation.
  • *10\. HR MIS \& Reporting**
  • Maintain HR dashboard.
  • Prepare recruitment reports.
  • Prepare attendance reports.
  • Submit weekly and monthly HR MIS.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
