• *Position:** HR Executive
• *Location:** Telebandha, Raipur
• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time
• *Experience:** 2–3 Years

• *Salary:** Up to ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment from requirement to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online job portals, referrals, databases, and consultants.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiation, notice period, offer release, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment MIS/trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain regular follow\-up with selected candidates to ensure offer\-to\-joining conversion.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.
• Coordinate employee exits, clearance, and Full \& Final settlement inputs.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
• Respond to employee queries and support day\-to\-day HR operations.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and implementation of HR policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of HR\-related activities.

• *Preferred Profile**

• Hands\-on experience in HR operations and recruitment coordination.
• Knowledge of employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar HR Executive role will be preferred.
