Job Summary

New Swan Group is looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day\-to\-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for plant\-level and manufacturing positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and plant managers.
• Manage candidate follow\-ups, salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
• Coordinate with plant HR and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Support day\-to\-day HR operations and employee\-related activities at the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1\+ year of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in plant\-level hiring and manufacturing manpower recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• **Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 2 days are strongly preferred.**

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
