We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong expertise in software and technology hiring. The candidate should have a good understanding of technical job roles and be capable of sourcing, screening, and recruiting software professionals for various IT positions.

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring developers, software engineers, QA engineers, mobile application developers, and other technical professionals. The candidate must be comfortable understanding technical requirements, evaluating candidate profiles, coordinating technical interviews, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for software development and IT\-related positions.
• Source and recruit candidates for Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Software Engineer, and other programming roles.
• Hire technical professionals with skills in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
• Recruit mobile application developers with experience in Flutter, Android, and iOS development.
• Source candidates for QA Engineer, Software Tester, Automation Tester, DevOps Engineer, and UI/UX Designer positions.
• Understand technical job descriptions, required skills, experience levels, and project requirements before sourcing candidates.
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms to identify suitable technical candidates.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, relevant project experience, employment history, location, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, career expectations, availability, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate technical interviews with development teams, technical leads, and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers, collect feedback, and communicate selection decisions.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview reports, and hiring MIS.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified software professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely recruitment closures and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1\.5\+ years of hands\-on experience in IT recruitment, specifically software and technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of software development roles, programming languages, frameworks, and technical skill sets.
• Experience recruiting developers, software engineers, QA professionals, or other IT specialists.
• Practical experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and reporting.
• Must have own laptop.
• Candidates currently based in Pune will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience hiring for software development companies, IT services companies, or technology startups.
• Experience recruiting for Java, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, Flutter, and QA roles.
