HR Executive

NxEev Technologies LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **HR Executive (Fresher)** who has a basic understanding of end\-to\-end HR processes and is eager to build a career in Human Resources.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Support HR operations and daily administrative activities.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate with candidates and employees.
• Support attendance, leave management and other HR activities.

• *Requirements:**

• Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Freshers with an interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
