HR Executive (Payroll)

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Payroll Executive responsible for end\-to\-end payroll processing for on\-roll and contract employees, ensuring accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and timely payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Payroll Processing**

• Process monthly payroll for all on\-roll and contract employees.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime , and loss of pay details with the Time Office team.
• Calculate salaries, arrears, incentives, and bonuses.
• Handle Full \& Final (F\&F) settlement processing.

• *2\. Statutory Compliance**

• Calculate PF, ESI, PT, and LWF contributions and generate challans.
• Handle TDS calculations and related compliance.
• Manage PF/ESI registrations, transfers, and withdrawal processes.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly statutory returns and filings.

• *3\. Payroll Data Management**

• Maintain employee master data in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Update employee records for new joiners, transfers, and resignations.
• Generate and distribute monthly salary slips.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports and MIS.

• *4\. Audit \& Coordination**

• Coordinate with the Finance team for timely salary disbursement.
• Work closely with HR Operations and Site HR teams.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Address employee queries related to salary, PF, and ESI.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables mandatory).
• Experience in payroll software such
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and TDS statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
