\# \*\*Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll\*\* \*\* Location:\*\* Tonk Road, Jaipur \*\* Experience:\*\* 3–5\+ Years (Automobile Industry Preferred) \*\* Salary:\*\* Up to ₹40,000 per month \*\* Employment Type:\*\* Full\-time \#\# About the Role GCB Automobile is looking for an experienced \*\*HR Executive – Payroll\*\* to manage payroll operations, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and core HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably within the automobile industry. \#\# Key Responsibilities \* Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement. \* Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records. \* Maintain employee master data and HR documentation. \* Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable regulations. \* Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary reconciliation statements. \* Coordinate with the Finance department for payroll processing and salary transfers. \* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws. \* Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and benefits. \* Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and confidential documents. \* Support day\-to\-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes. \#\# Required Skills \& Qualifications \* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field. \* \*\*3–5\+ years\*\* of experience in \*\*Payroll and HR Operations\*\*. \* Prior experience in the \*\*automobile industry\*\* is highly preferred. \* Strong knowledge of \*\*Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labor Law Compliance\*\*. \* Hands\-on experience with \*\*HRMS/Payroll Software\*\* and \*\*MS Excel\*\*. \* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. \* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. \#\# Preferred Candidate \* Experience handling payroll for a large workforce. \* Strong understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations. \* Ability to work accurately under deadlines. \#\#\# Salary \& Benefits \* \*\*Salary:\*\* Up to ₹40,000 per month \* Stable work environment with career growth opportunities. \* Opportunity to work with a leading automobile organization. \* Professional and collaborative workplace.
