HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Manage statutory compliance including ESI, PF, bonus, leave, and other HR compliances.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, policies, and HR procedures.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and processes.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
