- *Talent Acquisition:** Lead recruitment for articled assistants, semi\-qualified CAs, and full\-time professionals. Manage the pipeline from campus drives and CA coaching institutes. \[1, 2, 3]
- **Onboarding \& Induction:** Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training to integrate new staff and interns into the firm's specific processes and work culture. \[1, 2]
- **Performance Management:** Develop evaluation metrics, particularly during demanding times like "busy season" (quarterly and year\-end closing audits), monitoring both technical outputs and client\-handling skills. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- **Compliance \& Labor Laws:** Ensure all HR practices align with regional employment regulations (e.g., Shop and Establishments Act, PF/ESI in India). \[1, 2, 3]
- **Employee Relations:** Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances, manage burnout during high\-stress periods, and conduct exit interviews. \[1, 2, 3]
