HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day\-to\-day HR operations, recruitment activities, Candidates engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Cold Callings and sourcing resumes through Data base, associate, reference, etc
• Maintain candidate’s records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures.
• Must have knowledge on visa processes, medical and Air Ticket booking.
• Address candidates queries related to HR \& Visa policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Required Qualifications

• SSC passed, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Graduate / Non – Graduate Accepted.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Fresher’s are welcome

Required Skills: (must have or willing to learn)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calling Candidates or associates; negotiation skills are must.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem\-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
