Job Description
- *Job Title:** HR Executive
- *Experience Required:** 1 –2 Years
- *Location:** Nyati Enthral, Office No. 614, 6th Floor, Kharadi, Pune – 411014
- **Joining:*** *Immediate (within 15 days)*
- *Qualification**: MBA in HR (Preferred)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Timing: Day Shift
- Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)
- Partner with department heads to identify and address workforce requirements.
- Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Administer employee lifecycle activities such as induction, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
- Track attendance and leave records while ensuring proper maintenance of HR\-related documentation.
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, policy documents, and other official HR communications.
- Support payroll processing and salary administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Bonus regulations.
- Execute and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
- Assist in performance management activities, including appraisals and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures in a professional manner.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, payroll administration, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
