We are looking for a motivated **HR Executive – Internal Hiring (Non\-IT)** to support the recruitment function for our internal roles. The candidate will primarily be responsible for **candidate calling, basic screening, and coordination**, while interviews and final selection processes will be handled by the senior recruiter.
- Make outbound calls to candidates for non\-IT internal openings.
- Conduct **basic telephonic screening** to check interest and initial suitability.
- Share candidate details with the senior recruiter for next\-level evaluation.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview availability and follow\-ups.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate status regularly.
- Post job openings on portals and social media (as guided by senior).
- Support recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
- Assist in basic onboarding coordination whenever required.
- Participate in internal team discussions for active requirements.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; **MBA in HR is an added advantage**.
- Experience in **non\-IT hiring support or telecalling** is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a confident calling approach.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet calling targets.
- Must have a **laptop** and **stable Wi\-Fi connection**, as this is a WFH position.
- *Working Days: 6 Days Working Timings: 9:00AM\-6:00PM**
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹480,000\.00 per year
