HR Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a strategic and results\-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and align our people practices with overall business objectives. In this role, you will oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to the implementation of engaging onboarding programs.

As a key partner to leadership, you will develop and enforce company policies that foster a positive work culture while ensuring strict compliance with local and federal labour laws.

Your responsibilities will also include managing performance appraisal systems, coordinating professional development initiatives, and overseeing competitive compensation and benefits programs.

To succeed, you must possess exceptional interpersonal and conflict\-resolution skills to effectively mediate employee relations and maintain workplace harmony. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a related field and proven experience in a leadership role within a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
