• *Shift:** 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday

• *About us**

Content Kings is a fast\-growing outbound sales BPO in Hyderabad, selling advertising solutions to small businesses in Canada. We are expanding the team and need an experienced HR professional to lead our hiring and people operations.

• *What you will do**

• Run end\-to\-end hiring for sales and telecalling roles. We are looking to hire 50 employees, so you will source, screen and schedule candidates and conduct at least 10 interviews every week.
• Source candidates from job portals, walk\-ins, referrals, consultancies and campus drives.
• Handle offer letters, onboarding and joining formalities, and make sure every new joiner shows up and completes training.
• Maintain attendance, leave and late\-login records, and follow up on repeated absence.
• Handle employee relations, including warnings, performance plans, resignations and exits.
• Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, warning letters, termination letters and relieving letters.
• Share monthly inputs for payroll and keep PF, ESI and professional tax compliance up to date.
• Report weekly on hiring numbers, attrition and the reasons people leave.

• *What we need**

• **At least 2 years of HR experience in a BPO or call centre. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.**
• Proven experience in high\-volume hiring and in handling attrition and absenteeism.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working the 4 PM–1 AM shift.
• Confident, organised and able to work independently.
