Job Title: HR Executive
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by contributing to the
development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and
ensuring the overall well\-being of the workforce. This position requires a combination of administrative
and strategic skills to support the organization's human resources objectives.
\- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
\- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
\- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for new employees during their integration into the
organization.
\- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR\-related matters.
\- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
\- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
\- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
\- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
\- Provide support for performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
\- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
\- Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.
\- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations.
\- Administer employee benefits programs.
\- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in problem resolution.
\- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
\- Assist in the development of employee training initiatives.
\- Generate and maintain HR reports for management.
\- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights for decision\-making.
\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records.
\- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
\- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
\- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
\- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
\- Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\- Proven experience in human resources or a related role.
\- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
\- Detail\-oriented and well\-organized.
\- Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
