IG International is a growing player in the wholesale fresh produce industry. We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR team in Navi Mumbai and help us hire the right people as we expand.

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an HR Executive – Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. You will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding, and build a strong talent pipeline for our teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic and in\-person screening, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates on feedback, offers, and joining status
• Support the offer, documentation, and onboarding process
• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals
• Strong coordination, follow\-up, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Experience hiring for sales, operations, or supply chain roles
• Prior experience in FMCG, trading, or the fresh produce industry
