HR Executive (Recruitment)

• *Intenim Technologies Pvt Ltd** is an IT products and services company. In Jan’18 company ventured into eCommerce domain and launched brand VOILA® which is eCommerce business consultancy services vertical.

Today, VOILA® has many business niches, namely, VOILA BIZ, VOILA STUDIO, VOILA RETAIL, VOILA KART and VOILAUX. For now, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for eCommerce Business Vertical under VOILA.

• *Profile:** HR Executive Recruitment Specialist (70% Recruitment, 30% Operations)

• *Qualification:** Graduation/Post Graduation in HR

• *Location:** Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana

• *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

• *Salary:** upto 30k (monthly)

• *Notice Period:** 15 days

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

Take care of the recruitment by ensuring that all the clerical duties required are performed timeously and correctly. This will include the following tasks:

1\. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc.), careers pages and social networks

2\. Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation

3\. Organizing interview appointments

4\. Taking telephonic \& F2F interviews.

5\. Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions

6\. Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates

7\. Organizing or conducting reference checks

8\. Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities

9\. Assisting with general office admin

10\. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

11\. Participate in organizing company events.

• *Requirements and skills:**

1\. Experience in HR role

2\. Experience with MS Office.

3\. Good communication skills \& eye for details.

4\. Good understanding of full\-cycle recruiting

5\. BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
