• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer release and onboarding.
• Handle employee joining, exit formalities, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and Full \& Final settlements.
• Manage HR policies, documentation, people management and employee communication.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
• Maintain HRMS data and prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end\-to\-end HR operations.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands\-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
